With the eBanking Solution system, the process of communication is streamlined and efficient, with all communications securely held on your systems and easily accessible to each customer and case.

Emails & Text Messaging
With emails becoming the preferred method of communication, you can create your own templates with automated data completion. Customer names, case and product descriptions and other details are automatically merged into the email which you can then check and amend before sending.
These facilities are also available for generating text messages directly from the application.
In addition to the email templates, the eBanking Solution system also provides you with a document library area, where important files can be stored and automatically attached to any email template you choose to associate them with.
Automated Communication
Do you have documents that need issuing at key points of the application process? No problem; against any of the email or letter templates, you can set an indicator against the workflow process. The eBanking Solution system will then remind the user to produce them, ensuring the right documents are generated at the right time.
