Customer profiling and clawback dates

With eKeeper data you store within the CRM can be reported upon and used to identify opportunities within your client bank.  Often this doesn’t have to be an explicit date or event, but salient information that can often be extracted indicating possible changes in circumstances or opportunities to engage post-sale.  The following videos build upon Part 1 demonstrating extracting opportunities but using demographic information that can be used in conjunction with other data.
